Submit your nomination for the Dutch Applied AI Award 2025

Do you know or develop an innovative AI application? Submit it now for the 2025 Dutch Applied AI Award, presented at the Computable Awards.
Nomination deadline: Monday, 16 June 2025
Award ceremony: Tuesday, 18 November 2025
Location: Jaarbeurs Utrecht
For the sixth time, the Dutch Applied AI Award will be presented during the Computable Awards. The prize is organised by the Centre of Expertise Applied AI (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences), in collaboration with ICT platform Computable and the podcast De Dataloog. It recognises an innovative AI application with clear societal or economic impact.
A jury of six Applied AI experts will evaluate all entries based on the following three criteria:
– Applied AI: Is the solution already implemented and actively used? How many people benefit directly or indirectly from it?
– Uniqueness: Is the innovation truly one of a kind, and is there no alternative that could achieve the same goal?
– Responsible AI: How transparent and fair is the underlying algorithm? Does it respect privacy and enable accountability?
Do you know an initiative that fits these criteria—or are you involved in one yourself? You can submit your nomination until 16 June via the official website. The jury will select a top 3, and the winner will be announced at the Computable Awards on 18 November in Utrecht.
